聚偏氟乙烯树脂被认为是仅次于PTFE的第二含氟树脂，是一种综合性能良好的含氟高分子材料，具有含氟树脂的共同特性，如优良的热稳定性、耐腐蚀性、不燃性、耐紫外线性等性能。同以PTFE为代表的其它含氟树脂相比具有最高的抗张强度和抗压缩强度、最优的刚性、耐磨耗性和耐切割性、熔点较低、熔融流动性好等优点。可以用普通树脂的加工方法、加工机械进行模塑、挤塑、注塑、吹塑加工
